Fresh Sweet Cream at the industry standard 40% butterfat (Whipping Cream) is produced following separation from fresh pasteurised cow’s milk. Our suppliers have accreditation up to BRC AA+ standard giving the confidence that we can source product that will meet virtually any requirement. 

Fresh Whey cream is extracted from the whey during the cheese making process and this is available in a nominal 40% butterfat for use in blended butter or as a feed ingredient for butteroil.

Interphase Cream is the variable product which occurs during the changeover of product types on large process systems. We routinely collect this processed product and supply it to clients requiring a butterfat-based feed stock who are able to cope with the varying specification.

We are selling bulk containers of cream ranging from 4 to 25 tonnes on a contracted and spot market basis. Our clients include butter and dairy spread makers, dessert manufacturers and cheese makers throughout the EU requiring the highest standards of quality management. We have been audited and approved for supply by some of the largest dairy processors and their prestigious high street customers.
